Anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days before a client’s consultation, I send them a proofing link so they can start falling in love with the designs I’ve created. Don’t send them the link too far in advance as they’ll start picking the designs apart. If you time it just right, they’ll fall in love with the designs and your design consultation will take less time and be more profitable.

Use the Proofer as Order Confirmation
When selling pre-designed, printed products, you risk the chance of clients not loving their printed products. This problem can prove costly in terms of both finances and client satisfaction.
