Questions and Answers
Q: As an Annual Premium member, how do I access my free resources (like the Presets)?
A: To access your resources as a Premium Member, login to your account and go to your Account Settings then select the “My Purchases” tab, or click here. All of the available resources will already be populated in this section and ready for you to download!
If you do not see your resources here or have any questions, feel free to contact us. Please note that access to download your resources is available only with an active Premium subscription.
Q: Can I download digital copies of the workshops with Premium?
Digital downloads are not included in Premium memberships – only online streaming. If you would like to purchase any of the SLR Lounge workshops, they can be found here at the SLR Lounge Store.
Q: Is the Annual Premium subscription billed annually or monthly?
A: The annual plan is billed each year, in full ($348). We also offer a quarterly plan that is $99 every 3 months plus a one-time $50 setup fee. For more info, click here: https://www.slrlounge.com/premium

Q: Do the Premium subscriptions renew automatically?
A: Yes, both the Annual and Quarterly subscriptions renew automatically unless you set them to cancel. You can see the date and amount of your next renewal in your Account Settings under Membership status when you login to your account, or click here.
Q: Are all of the workshops available to stream with Premium or only some of them?
A: The Premium membership gives you access to stream all of the current SLR Lounge workshops (and future ones as they are released), not including the workshops we made specifically for Creative Live.

Q: Where can I find the exercise files/presets/pdf slides that are included with a Premium workshop?
A: The exercise files (PDFs, slides, templates, etc.) can be found in the menu, under the Download tab to the right of each individual video. (Click here for a screenshot)
Complete downloads of all the exercise files can be found in the first video of each workshop. Individual exercise files are also uploaded to their corresponding videos.
Q: I need to re-download my purchase, where can I do this?
A: To re-download a purchase, log in to your account and click Account Settings in the top right dropdown menu. From there you can see “My Purchases” and re-download your products (make sure your email has been confirmed first). You can also click here.
Q: I want to access my past purchases but I don’t seem to have an account. How can I create an account and still have my purchases linked to it?
A: To access your previous purchases, make a new account using the same email address that you used to make your purchases and they will automatically link up when you confirm your email address.
Q: I purchased a product in the SLR Lounge Store. Will I also be able to stream it online?
A: Yes! If you purchased a product from the SLR Lounge Store, you will have access to stream the workshop in our Education section of the site. In order to access your purchases online, you must be logged-in to the same account in which you made your purchase.
If you do not see that your purchase is made available for streaming, please be sure to confirm your email address so that your purchases are properly linked with your account (you can always resend your email confirmation from your Account Settings).
If you checked out as a guest, please create an account with the same email you made the purchase with and confirm your email.
Please note that this streaming access is not a part of the Premium subscription service.
Q: Do you offer refunds on store products?
A: With our products, we’ve poured hundreds of hours testing and tweaking the details until we are 100% confident that it is the best product on the market for its category. Our products are not software or subscriptions and we are not able to activate or deactivate licenses, subscriptions or download links. As a result, we are unable to offer any refunds.
Q: Where can I find the Constructive Critique section?
A: You can find the Constructive Critique Section here. Remember, as a premium member, you get additional image submissions as well as priority critique by our editors and writers, so be sure to submit!

Q: Is there a Facebook group for premium members only?
A: Yes! Please join this Facebook Group to stay up-to-date on the latest workshop releases, feature improvements, webinar announcements, partner discounts and more! Request to join here.
Q: If I end my Premium subscription, will I still have access to the resources?
A: Yes, all resources will remain in your possession once you have downloaded them. However, please keep in mind that once your membership has ended, you will no longer have access to the resources download links shown in your “My Purchases” tab.
Q: What is your Premium cancellation and refund policy?
A: Cancel at Any Time: If you cancel your Premium Membership, your Premium Membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
No Refunds: For our Premium Memberships, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
Q: What should I do if I am Premium Member, but I can’t open or download the exercise files?
A: Most likely, the issue is that the file download was interrupted. Keep in mind that these are very large files and may take a while to download depending on your internet connection. We suggest trying again and potentially allowing the download to run overnight.
Q: Where do I find answers to product-specific questions?
A: There is an FAQ section at the bottom of each product page in the store. There you will find many frequently asked questions about that specific product.
