Q: Can I download digital copies of the workshops with Premium?

Digital downloads are not included in Premium memberships – only online streaming. If you would like to purchase any of the SLR Lounge workshops, they can be found under the Workshops tab in the navigation bar at slrloungeworkshops.com.

Q: Is the Annual Premium subscription billed annually or monthly?

A: The annual plan is billed annually, in full ($348). For more info, click here: https://www.slrloungeworkshops.com/premium

Q: How do I update my payment or Credit Card information?

A: If you joined Premium on slrlounge.com, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance with updating your payment information. If you joined Premium on the new platform (slrloungeworkshops.com), please click Here to update your credit card information.

Q: Do the Premium subscriptions renew automatically?

A: Yes, the Annual subscription renews automatically unless you set it to cancel. If you purchased a Premium subscription on the new platform (slrloungeworkshops.com), you can see the date and amount of your next renewal (or set it to cancel) in your Account Settings, which you can access here. If you purchased a Premium subscription from slrlounge.com, please reach out to our customer service team at help@slrlounge.com for assistance with cancelling your subscription.

Q: Are all of the workshops available to stream with Premium or only some of them?

A: The Premium membership gives you access to stream ALL of the current SLR Lounge workshops (and future ones as they are released), not including the workshops we made specifically for Creativelive.

Q: Where can I find the exercise files and pdf slides that are included with a Premium workshop?

A: The exercise files (PDFs, slides, templates, etc.) can be found in the Download section at the top of all workshops. (Click here for a screenshot.)

Q: I want to access my past purchases but I don’t seem to have an account. How can I create an account and still have my purchases linked to it?

A: Please contact customer service at help@slrlounge.com for assistance with accessing your past purchases.

Q: I purchased a product in the SLR Lounge Store. Will I also be able to stream it online?

A: Yes! If you purchased a product from the SLR Lounge Store, you will have access to stream the workshop in the “My Library” section of the site. In order to access your purchases online, you must be logged-in to the same account in which you made your purchase. If you do not see that your purchase is made available for streaming, please contact customer service at help@slrlounge.com so that we can link your purchases with your account.

Please note that this streaming access is not a part of the Premium subscription service.

Q: Do you offer refunds on store products?

A: For workshop purchases – If you are not satisfied with your workshop purchase, please email us your receipt (at help@slrlounge.com) and we will grant you a store credit for the amount that you paid. This excludes premium memberships.

For premium memberships – You may cancel your premium membership at any time. We are unable to offer refunds during the first billing cycle of the subscription. For the second billing cycle and subsequent billing cycles, we can offer a prorated refund for any remaining time.

Q: Where can I access the Partner Discounts?

A: Partner discount for Premium Members are located on the Partner Page under the My Library tab.

Q: Where can I find the latest workshop releases?

A: We announce all new workshops in home page at slrloungeworkshops.com. You can also keep up to date by signing up for our weekly newsletter.

Q: Is there a Facebook group for premium members only?

A: While we don’t have a Facebook Group specifically designated for Premium members, we DO have a number of groups that have been designed to help members continue to grow in their photography journey. You can find more information on these exciting groups here.

Q: If I end my Premium subscription, will I still have access to the resources?

A: So long as you have downloaded the resources, you will continue to have access to them. However, please keep in mind that once your membership has ended, you will no longer have access to the resources through the “My Library” tab.

Q: What is your Premium cancellation and refund policy?

A: Cancel at Any Time: If you cancel your Premium Membership, your Premium Membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Limited Refunds: With Premium Memberships, we are unable to offer refunds during the first billing cycle of the subscription. For the second billing cycle and subsequent billing cycles, we are unable to offer refunds after 3 days from the renewal date.

Q: What should I do if I am Premium Member, but I can’t open or download the exercise files?

A: Most likely, the issue is that the file download was interrupted. Keep in mind that some files are very large and may take a while to download, depending on your internet connection. We suggest trying again and potentially allowing the download to run overnight. If you continue to have issues, please reach out to our customer service team at help@slrlounge.com.

Q: Where do I find answers to product-specific questions?
