Federal Court Rules Your Instagram Photos Can Be Embedded Without Consent

A Federal Court has dismissed a photographer's Copyright Infringement Claim against a major online publication that used her Instagram image without permission citing that the photographer "signed over the rights of embedding by posting the shot to the photo-sharing service."
