Wedding Workshop Six | Photographing the Details: Use Mirrors Wisely
Use Mirrors Wisely
If you’re going to use mirrors, use them wisely. Mirrors on the walls can help make a room look larger and fuller than it actually is if you shoot it from the best angle. To help achieve this effect, a long lens (70-200mm) can add enough compression to make the shot work. Use foreground elements like table centerpieces whenever possible to add yet more depth to the image. Just make sure that your reflection does not make it into the image!
