The Power of Mind Mapping

Here’s a quick-start guide for mind-mapping:

  1. Set 10-15 minute timer
  2. Start with a central idea (select a focus)
  3. Add branches
  4. Use simple keywords
  5. Add color/shapes

We recommend using a sketchpad for mind-mapping as opposed to using software in order to eliminate the interface between your mind and the shapes you need to use, etc. The beautiful thing about mind-mapping is that it works for most facets in life, from writing a blog to building a business.
