First Look Checklist

Follow the first look checklist so that your team is better prepared to capture the first-look sequence:

  • Photo/cinema in position
  • Cameras synced to time.gov (done earlier)
  • Communicate focal lengths
  • Match exposures (max dynamic range)
  • Watch shutter speeds (1/400th)
  • Match white balance
  • Verify battery/memory
  • Give guidance to couple
