Joe Fellows is the motion graphics artist who created this video using the parallax technique. The Parallax technique is where you take a still photograph, separate it into layers, put those layers into 3d space and move the camera through. In the video below you’ll see a quick behind the scenes tutorial on how Joe Fellows develops this effect.
