Up Close And Personal With Nature | The Photography of Stephen W. Oachs

If you are a reader of National Geographic, Popular Photography, Outdoor Photographer, or National Wildlife Magazine, you’ve probably seen one of Stephen Oachs’ photographs. Based out of Northern California, Stephen can be found all of over the world, capturing the beauty of Mother Earth and chasing after wild animals in their habitat.

Completely self taught, Stephen has been recognized as Wildlife Photographer of the Year in 2007 by the National Wildlife Federation and was awarded best nature photographer in 2008 by National Geographic Magazine.
