Keywording is such a powerful organizational tool because keywords are actually a part of the image metadata. This means that keywords that we add through the Keywording Panel in Lightroom will actually be applied to the image metadata and will be visible and usable from external applications including 3rd party editing software, as well as even the operating system.
In this Lightroom video tutorial, we will introduce you to keywording in the photographic workflow as well as show you how keywords attach to the image metadata which is viewable and usable outside of Lightroom.
