Turn Your Phone 90 Degrees, A Hilarious Anti-Vertical Video Music Video & BTS

By Anthony Thurston on May 12th 2014

Vertical video, the bane of all things on the Internet, has become a huge problem of late thanks to the rise of easy video sharing via smart phones and social media. I can’t think of a single person I know that likes vertical video, yet you still see it crop up all over.

Apparently, I am not the only one who hates it, as the guys behind the IFHT YouTube channel have produced this hilarious music video about pleading with everyone to “Turn Your Phone 90 Degrees.” It is a fun way to start your work week, but beware, this may be considered NSFW for some of you (Blood, Violence, and Language).

I thought the video was pretty funny. It was actually sort of a catchy tune too, which was both impressive and surprising. In fact, if you like the song enough you can even download it on iTunes here.

Now, what would be a great YouTube video without a quality BTS video to go with it? Below, you can see exactly what went into the making of this music video.

I absolutely cannot stand vertical phone movies either, but is this some sort of humour that I don’t get?
For the young and immature, guns and blood might look funny but it represents everything that is wrong with American culture. I won’t even get started on the lyrics.
