Canon Announces New 55-200mm EF-M Lens
Canon just can’t seem to make up their mind about their mirrorless EF-M system. News broke during the last few months that Canon USA had virtually wiped all mention of the EOS-M from their website, and now it seems that they have announced a new EF-M 55-200mm lens (not in the USA though).
New Canon Patent Points to More EF-M Lenses On The Way
Despite appearing to completely abandon the EOS-M and EOS-M2, Canon has always said that more lenses for their failed mirrorless system would be coming. Though, given how thoroughly the system bombed here in the US it is somewhat surprising to see that those plans seem to have remained the same.

Here it is, we have the first image of the hotly anticipated Canon EOS M mirrorless camera! Sensor is reported to be APS-C and the all-new mount is called the EF-M. Attached is an EF-M 22mm f/2 STM pancake lens.
