We have yet another Lightroom 4 Preset System Mixology episode! In this LR4 Mixology tutorial, we will be showing you how and in which situations we like to use the 33 Stylized Color Yellow Violet Crush Preset. In addition, we will also be showing you the recipe using the LR4 Preset System, just to help you guys get a better idea of how to create your own Mixologies with a few simple clicks.

In addition, we listened to your requests and are now showing you guys how to achieve the same look using Lightroom’s sliders. We understand that if you’re a casual shooter and only edit a few photos at a time, the preset system might be more than you need. But, for those of you that are editing hundreds or even thousands of photos, you can see just how much time you can save as the LR4 Preset System allows you to achieve beautiful results with only a few clicks.

The Yellow Violet Crush Mixology is a variant on the Teal/Orange Crush. It provides a cinematic look to the image with a Yellow/Violet complimentary color grading scheme.

This preset is included in the Lightroom 4 Preset System Version 1.1 under 33 Stylized Color Yellow Violet Crush in the Stylized | Color category in your My Mixology Folder. Enjoy!
