We don’t feature time-lapse videos super often because as beautiful as many of them are, once you have seen a couple they all start to look the same. We have to see something really special, something that stands out above the crowd in order to post and today we have one of those for you.

Andrew Walker, of 599 Productions, has released a new time-lapse video called “Journey Part One”. The video is simply stunning and truly captures some of the amazing beauty that you can find here in the west. Check it out:

According to the description the video was captured over the last year and half in locations ranging from Montana to Arizona. The temperatures ranged from 100 degrees to -9, and elevation from 12,000 feet to 225 feet below sea level.

Walker truly went through it all to get this created, and I for one can not wait to see part two! But this is what I always hate about time-lapse videos, they are super inspiring and always get me in the mood to go out and shoot some… but then I remember the work that it takes and it never happens. Its a vicious cycle that I gladly go through for videos like this one…
