Who doesn’t love a good Photoshop Fail? There’s nothing more entertaining to us photo nerds than to spot poorly retouched images in advertisements (because we are terrible and mean, but nevertheless…) From Target to Victoria’s Secret to the Chinese government, Photoshop at the hands of a harried, overworked or inexperienced retoucher can often digitally disfigure a perfectly toned, tanned, and made up model.
Now Snickers candy bar – who has been on a marketing rampage as of late – replacing their recognizable logo with their new “Hunger Bars” packaging that lists symptoms when one experiences hunger. The campaign is meant for you to share a bar with a hungry friend who is acting like any number of the sometimes disparaging adjectives printed on the bar. Some examples:
In this year’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, Snickers has taken over the back page with a funny ad showing a botched Photoshop job with the caption, “Photo retouchers get CONFUSED when they’re hungry.”
There are 11 intentional errors in the ad. Can you spot them all?
