Shark Tries to Eat GoPro

By Anthony Thurston on July 15th 2013

GoPro has been a hit with wildlife, we have seen videos of them being stolen by birds, bears, even Lions. Now, you can add Sharks to that list….

The video footage that you are about to see was shot off the coast of Ocean City Maryland on the 4th of July. The team was not looking for a shark, they were actually out trolling for Tuna. The GoPro Hero HD 3 Black was attached to the back of the boat along with the bait.

After a few minutes of trolling you see the shark appear and start taking shots at the bait, slowly it makes it’s way around all of the bait before trying to swallow the Go Pro itself. It is pretty freaky to say the least.

What do you think? Going swimming in the ocean anytime soon?
