With Premium Memberships, we are unable to offer refunds during the first billing cycle of the subscription. For the second billing cycle and subsequent billing cycles, we are unable to offer refunds after 3 days from the renewal date.
We are unable to offer any refunds for store purchases if the download links for the tutorial or resource have been clicked.
If you are unhappy with the purchase or if it is not what you expected, we can give you a credit for the amount you paid to apply towards another product in the SLR Lounge Store. Requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase.
