Taking their love to new heights, Chinese couple, Fang Jing and her soon to be husband, Lu Zhao showed the world their passion for the outdoors (and each other) by posing for their wedding photos while rock climbing. The couple met while climbing so naturally, they wanted to be photographed on their wedding day on the edge of a cliff.

[Rewind: Photobombs – The Funniest Wedding Photos!]

The bride and groom dangled from ropes hundreds of feet off the ground for three hours in Liuzhou, in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region with photographer, Long Tien, who also is a rock climber.

I do like rock climbing but not quite at the level of this pair. It was a bit nerve-racking being suspended by ropes and I’ve never really done such a difficult one before, but the pictures really worked out well. I am just glad they didn’t go for a full family group, it was bad enough with two of them without trying to fit another dozen people in and getting them to smile at the same time.

Let’s hope the only falling this couple does, is in love ;)

I know right! I have nothing against wedding photos under some pretty trees with sun flare, but yawn…

Me too! Although, I think the rock climbing ropes would be kinda distracting…or cool. Haha
