Welcome to our Deal Dash segment, where we scour the web for the best deals on cameras, lenses, lighting, and other gear for photographers. There are always great deals to be found over on B&H and Amazon, so make sure to check out those two websites.
There are some nice Canon rebates that are starting today, and we have highlighted three of the best deals (in our opinion) below. You can find all of them over on B&H here.
Canon EF 100mm F/2.8L Macro IS USM
The 100mm F/2.8L is probably one of the best options out there for Canon shooters in regards to macro photography. This is a popular lens for wedding shooters for those awesome ring shots, as well as food photographers and other specialities that need a top quality macro solution.
As part of these new rebates, you can pick one of these up for $100 off the usual sticker price. Not a reason to run out and buy right away, but if you were already thinking of picking one up, this is a good reason to do it now. Interested? Find them over on B&H here.
Canon EF 24-70mm F/4L IS USM
It may not be as popular as its F/2.8 bigger brother, but the 24-70mm F/4L from Canon is a great option for those not needing a particularly fast lens. For landscapes and portraits, this lens a great all arounder for all but the most demanding low light situations.
It also happens to have a pretty awesome rebate right now of $150. If you are interested in picking one up, you can find the deal over on B&H here.
Canon EF 70-200mm F/2.8L USM
If you are in need of a killer 70-200mm F/2.8 lens for Canon, but can’t spring for the IS version, then the older non-IS version is still a great option. Whether it’s sports, wildlife, or portraits, this lens will perform well, and also saves you some weight over its heavier image-stabilized brother.
This lens also carries a nice $100 rebate currently, making it a little more affordable. If you are interested, you can pick it up over on B&H here.
This is our daily deals report where we will feature a deal, or deals, that we think you should know about. Feel free to let us know about any deals you run across by sending me an email (link in my profile) or leaving a comment below!

Still no rebate for the 8-15mm fisheye. The only lens I want in their lineup. A weather sealed fisheye to replace my Rokinon fish.
The 100L IS is a peach of a lens, for macro, video or short telephoto work (flip a focus delimiter switch and presto, it’s a fine portrait lens). Sharp as a tack.
.
And if I can only have one lens on my camera, the 24-70 f/4L IS is it. Everyone has different needs, but I believe this is the perfect hiking lens — sealed, wide, light, sharp, and it packs a killer 0.7x macro mode. Love that lens.
