Me and My Pet | ‘Til Death Do Us Part
Photographer Liselotte Habets has found an interesting way to commuicate the attachments we make in society with others – specifically our pets. After watching a documentary about an elderly couple that had stuffed their dead dog, she set out to create the series ‘Me & my pet’.

The 31 year-old studied photography at St Lukas in Brussels. She soon moved to Amsterdam shortly after graduation in 2007 to settle down and to build a network. Well, it would seem she found a few friends to settle down with while she was there.

What’s Next?
I am a great fan of Dutch photographers Erwin Olaf and Tim Walker. I like their stories. A new ‘storyline’ I am working on is called ‘Me & my family’.

Until Next Time . . .
