
Historical Photos Come to Life With Colors
There is a community on reddit called “Colorized History” that colorizes historical black and white photos. The results are a beautiful blend of historical significance and modern colorized aesthetics.
I love black and white photography, but these colorized historical photos look gorgeous. For me, these color photos evoke more nostalgia and emotions than they would if left in their original black and white. I think because these photos are journalistic, adding the color adds another dimension of realism to the photos. Check out the photos below and see for yourself.
