The Nikon D7100 is probably Nikon’s top crop sensor camera body, though some may argue in the D300s’ favor. Normally, coming in at $1200, it can be just out of the price range of budding photographers. Today, we have a great deal on some refurbished D7100‘s, limited stock, which brings the camera in under $1000…quite the steal if you ask me!

this camera is a good upgrade from d7000
I just got a D7100 used from Kijiji over this past weekend for a steal. It was virtually new and the shutter count was only 320! I’ve already put it to heavy use the day after I got it and took advantage of shutter speeds > 1/4000, 51 AF points spread out over the entire frame, 1/250 sync speed using off camera flash, and the 2 pre-set U modes.
The D610 can’t do any of that, and it’s over ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS more expensive than my D7100!
(correction, the D610 has the 2 pre-set U modes.)
I was able to snatch up a brand new D7100 on Christmas Day for $799 with an Amazon Quick Fire Sale. It was only available for an hour and boy was I lucky I found that.
