DIY Follow Focus for your SLR Camera

One of the most sought after pieces of equipment for budding filmmakers is the follow focus. The follow focus is a great devices that helps camera operators push and pull focus to specific points, this would be hard to near impossible to do free hand. The only problem for budding filmmakers is that follow focus devices can be rather spendy.

But wait, have no fear the Frugal Filmmaker is here! Scott Eggleston is the man behind the popular Frugal Filmmaker Blog and Youtube Channel. In one of his recent videos Scott featured a neat DIY follow focus that works well with SLR cameras, best of all its only about $15.
