Deal Alert: Nikon 1 AW1 In Stock and On Sale

By Anthony Thurston on October 13th 2014

The Nikon 1 AW1 has been probably one of the few Nikon 1 cameras to run into availability issues. For much of the last year, Nikon’s rugged underwater camera has been near impossible to find, but that problem is now behind us.

The Nikon 1 AW1 is now in stock at B&H, and not only that, but the great little camera is on sale for $696.95 (a cool $100 savings).

Nikon 1 AW1 Specs

  • 14.2MP CX-Format CMOS Sensor
  • EXPEED 3A Image Processing Engine
  • Water, Shock, Dust & Freezeproof Design
  • 3.0″ 921k-Dot LCD Monitor
  • Full HD 1080i Video Recording at 60 fps
  • Action Control and Sensing Functions
  • Advanced Hybrid AF System
  • Built-In GPS/GLONASS & WU-1b Compatible
  • Pop-Up Waterproof Flash
  • 1 NIKKOR AW 11-27.5mm f/3.5-5.6 Lens

If you have been waiting to get your hands on this awesome little mirrorless camera for your underwater or other adventures, now would be a great time to save $100 and still get the camera you were looking for.

We actually had to put off our review of this camera because of how difficult the unit was to get, but now we just might be able to get a review unit to test out. Stay tuned.
