The Fuji X-T1 has been one of the most celebrated mirrorless releases of the year. I had the opportunity to play with the new X-T1 while reviewing several new lenses a while back and I have to say that I really loved the X-T1 for pretty much everything except action sports. New deals on the X-T1 have just gone live and you can now get your hands on the body only or the kit with the 18-55mm lens for some great savings. The body is available (along with a battery grip and other extra goodies) for a $250 savings, and the Kit is available with $300 savings.

I love the Fuji X system; left Canon two years ago to switch over. This deal will make my purchase of the X-T1 an even greater joy! Really loving what Fuji has been doing these past couple of years. Now if I only had the money for the forthcoming Hasselblad 50 megapixel Digital Back for the Hasselblad 503CW…
The UK rarely seems to get any deals or decent rebates. :-(
One of the best features that this camera provides is in the great detail and depth for black and white photographs.
The black and white picture of these cameras are amazing.
Austin.
The Fuji isn’t a m4/3 camera as it has an apcs sensor and fuji’s own mount.
Micro 4/3 is standardized mount that is shared with a few different camera’s mostly Panasonic and fuji but also now some Polaroid and blackbagic with others joining the standard for making lens.
You can mount any m4/3 lens onto any m4/3 camera at they will work although not always to their best as each company while sticking to the m4/3 standard can also add their own little tweaks and info like lens specific chromatic abbreviation fix’s might not transfer across brands.
I stand corrected, It looks so much on par in size to the micro 4/3 size cameras… I should have read the specs more carefully.
“Micro 4/3 is standardized mount that is shared with a few different camera’s mostly Panasonic and fuji.”
I think you mean Olympus.
All of these micro 4/3 cameras are looking pretty good, It seems like such a toss up over a lot of the brands lately, but I certainly wouldn’t mind having this one or the Olympus OMD-EM1.
