    Beautifully done, love it! This really captures a sense of the place, with its wider angle and depth of field. and I think that is important when the situation can allow for it. Since in this scene the two main subjects’ heads and shoulders are framed against a lighter sky, they stand out very nicely in the frame, despite shooting a relatively in-focus scene.

    To add the same level of emphasis to the child in the middle, I would have also shot a 2nd image with the camera even lower, to put all three of them against the sky. Both images would be great, but it’s important to just notice such things and make sure to capture both, and then decide later which is better for your own personal style.
