Very clean, perfect launch of the dress train! Love it. Also, nicely done with the balancing of the ambient and flash, and the overall warmth is great.

I do feel like the skin on her forearm is a bit brighter than her shoulder, chest, and face, possibly due to the lighting being flagged or grided just a little bit and focused more brightly on the main part of her body. Personally, I try and feather the light so that the brightest part is indeed on their heads, and then it gradually fades out as you get towards their feet. Alternately, just a little bit of burning & dodging could brighten up her upper body skin tones.

Also, I’d darken down this bottom edge a little bit, it’s another thing that gives away the lighting. Try either negative contrast or negative dehaze when darkening the exposure of the burn/dodge tool, BTW, to avoid the area getting “crunchy” tones due to being over-processed.
