    Hi Kevin,

    The few stray hairs on the side could be fixed (while shooting) or retouched after the shoot, but I don’t think the way the hair falls overall is harming the photo one way or another.  I’ll let other headshot experts weigh in on that though.

    Here’s the one strand of hair that I notice first, which could be avoided while shooting by brushing it down / back before clicking the shot.

    These strands of hair up here, on the other hand, are sometimes not really cooperative and are better off just being retouched later.

    While the hair on her other shoulder looks good to me, this strand of hair could have been brushed back over her shoulder.

      I’ve been noticing their hair much more in the photos in taking now. And I’m also noticing them before the click. Thanks for the feedback!

    Photoshop out the very thin wisps of hair to the middle left (bottom of hair is okay) and at top right thin strands take out. The expression and angle of head is perfect!
