    I totally agree you needed the fill. I would have moved the light behind her so it wasn’t visible. It is a little distracting where it is placed. Also, I know this might be out of your remit but her skirt/dress underneath her over garment looks a bit like ladies knickers to me. That might just be me. Some also that catches my eye is the crop. I think you could have cropped out a bit as you are chopping off a bit of her foot. I do like the lighting and the location. Nice shot.

    I like the contrasting colors nice job. I notice from the position of the catchlight in her eyes and the upward shadow on her nose that the flash was lower than her face and is uplit. If you raise the light a little higher than the model so you get a butterfly, or a loop shadow it would look much more flattering and the image would be stronger. Also the light behind her is distracting, if you could position her or the camera to block or eliminate it that would help keep the focus on the model. ??
