    Hi Edward! I think this image works really well with the texture here. However my advice would be this: Instead of fully removing it from her skin tones, try making the effect just a little more subtle overall, and then only partially masking it off her skin. Otherwise the transitions around her skin are a bit too noticeable.

    When applying textures to an image, in my opinion the goal is to create an artwork that is a “lost in time” type piece, so it kind of needs to avoid looking *too* perfect otherwise it will be a giveaway that it’s a modern image with high-tech editing. Does that make sense?

    Overall though the shot is great, I might correct the slight tilt but the warmth and brightness are awesome, the pose is solid, etc…
