Create Contact Page on SLR Lounge WordPress Theme

By Christopher Lin on March 18th 2014

Creating a contact page is simple with the SLR Lounge WordPress Theme for Photographers. Follow these steps:

1) Create a New Page and call it “Contact”

You can actually name it anything you’d like, but “contact” would seem to make the most sense. Please see the screenshot below.

2) Select the “Contact” Template

See the image below for an example of which item to select from the drop down menu. You will find this on the right side of the page under “Attributes.”

3) Publish Your Post

After you publish your post, click “view” to see the final result. You should see something like this:

4) Add Your Contact Page to Menu

Add your contact page to the menu following these instructions: How to Set Up a WordPress Menu

Hello, i need help on this as well. I only get there message and no email or other contact info.
Also, in the contact page, i see two forms. The Contact field info and the Leave a reply box. It comes in as a comment box and not a message with the clients info.

Please help out. I have a client who messaged me but I have no way of knowing how to respond to them.

I’m not sure why – but the e-mails I receive from this contact sheet doesn’t give me the following info:
    – Name
    – e-mail
    – phone number

    I just get their message.

      I figured it out,

had to edit the file – functions/contacts.php

      Locate the line: wp_mail($to, $subject, $message);

      Change $message to $body
