I remember the first time I stepped foot into a Westin Hotel. I had just shot an 11 hour wedding in San Diego. I was tired, grumpy and ready to get as much sleep as possible before having to get up for an engagement session and a client consult. Maybe it was hallucinations resulting from the exhaustion, but when I walked into the room, I was immediately transformed into this Zen-like atmosphere. The shower was more like a rainfall, the colors were muted, but trendy and the bed was like sleeping on clouds. I didn’t want to leave.
