Behind the Scenes With Aaron Nace on CreativeLive

By Pye Jirsa on May 31st 2013

Yesterday, SLR Lounge had the opportunity to go behind the scenes during day 1 of CreativeLive’s Compositing 101 course with award-winning photographer Aaron Nace. Wasting no time, Aaron sketched out his creative vision and then took us step-by-step through the process of bringing it to life through a few short photoshoots and some simple compositing techniques. What was the end result? A man floating in a child’s cereal bowl — an image that resembles a scene from that early 90’s family movie Honey, I Shrunk the Kids. Check out the exclusive SLR Lounge highlight reel here:

Day 2 and Day 3 are ahead, so be sure to head over to CreativeLive to check out the rest of Compositing 101!
