What is Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 3 Video Tutorial

Hey all you wonderful SLR Loungers, this is Post Production Pye. If you haven’t recently seen me posting on SLR Lounge, it’s because I have been working non-stop on finding and creating content to support what will soon be the new SLR Lounge! Take it from me, you guys will love the new site and features =).

Anyway, back to our post. Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 3 is one of the most powerful photo editing software packages available. In addition, it bears a lot of similarities with Adobe Bridge and Adobe Photoshop. In this Lightroom tutorial video, I will be briefly discussing how Lightroom 3 works, as well as comparing its features to Adobe Bridge and Photoshop CS5.

For those of you that haven’t yet purchased Lightroom 3, it is a must have for series photographers, regardless of whether you are a amateur, hobbyist or professional. But, I am sure after watching this tutorial series you will be convinced yourselves, so I am not going to say much in the way of trying to convince you, just watch ;)

    This has a long discussion on Bridge and Photoshop Camera Raw. I do not have Bridge or Photoshop. This does not help me with Lightroom. I was looking for something more basic about what Lightroom does.

    Pye, this was extremely helpful in guiding me among the myriad programs available from Adobe.  You just saved me like $400 for not having to buy Photoshop or Bridge!  This was great, can’t wait to see the other videos and learn how to use Lr.

    Why, with the longer lens… aren’t you shooting verticals? Much easier to get them in the full frame that way with the bike.
