Designed to be the final installment in our Lightroom 4 series, the SLR Lounge Lightroom 4 Workflow System DVD (Digital Download only at the moment) builds on everything you learned from the Lightroom 4 A-Z Tutorials DVD teaching you how to maximize your post processing workflow speed. The Lightroom Workflow System provides you with a step-by-step guide to increase your post production efficiency up to 1,500 images per hour using just a keyboard and mouse.
It is worth noting that since this DVD focuses on speed and efficiency, users are expected to have completed the A to Z Tutorials DVD (or have a strong Lightroom 4 knowledge) prior to beginning this course. Prior to development, SLR Lounge surveyed experienced Lightroom 4 users to determine their average post production speed. Their beginning average speed was 100 images selected, sorted and post produced with basic post production in one hour. After implementing the SLR Lounge Lightroom 4 Workflow System, the same set of users increased their speeds by 5 to 15 times! Just imagine what you could accomplish in your spare time if what normally took you ten hours, could be completed in only one or two hours.
The Lightroom 4 Workflow System DVD (Digital Download) was developed by Post Production Pye (professional photographer, Lightroom and Photoshop expert) after he spent several years setting up the workflow system for Lin and Jirsa Photography, a wedding photography studio that processes over 1,000,000 images per year. He realized seconds saved per image equated to hours saved per week, which drove him to optimize the entire process from the time of import to the moment of export and archival.
Currently, Post Production Pye can cull, organize, and post produce at the rate of nearly 1,500 images with just a mouse and keyboard, and 1,800 images per hour with simply a mouse, programmable keyboard, and the SLR Lounge Lightroom 4 Preset System.
Note: The digital download includes large exercise files and HD video files which add up to several gigabytes. For those with slower internet connections, this may require long download times.
