I am not quite sure but i think that D600 will come with an FX sensor wich can be used as a DX sensor, that means that you can use the lenses you use on your DX body on the D600 without having vigneting problems, how ever you must use the 1.5 crop factor if you want to consider the angle of view, every time you switch from DX lens to FX lens on your D600 body.

It will downgrade the camera to an effective DX camera (so no full frame resolution) - but it will accept DX lens no problem. It's just FX lens will use the camera to its full capabilities.

It would work regardless. The D600's rumored specs include auto DX crop mode, which means mounting a DX lens like the 18-200mm you mentioned would still be fine.

Now, full frame capabilities... depends. Are you talking about lower noise and the better VF? Yes. The shallower depth? Err... I've never tested Nikon's FX-DX conversion, so I can't answer that accurately.
