This is a really great series, but right away my system has 'defualted' itself to storing all of my catalogs under a folder on my desktop called 'Lightroom Tutorials' where I downloaded the RAW files for this exercise. I don't want them on my desk top or under that folder. Also - the file name '00_originals' does not become highligted when I try to import another batch of images - again because the tutorial subfolder of the same name seems to be confusing it and the new '00-originals' does not become highlighted as the destination and willnot accept the RAW files. This is a terrible way to get started as I know all else builds on my early catalog structure. I need a different tutorial that doesn't involve your downloads and allows me to place imports on an independent hard drive.
